A green-on-green makeup look

A number of you were quite excited for the Jealous Jordana feature, so I thought I’d work it into another look for you. (The review itself will be up later this week!) I find that a look based entirely on a shadow with such a blackened base looks too heavy on my lids, so I’ve used MAC Humid as the main lid colour… hope you like it!

The eyes

Base and basics: NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk (base), Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner in Zero (upper lashline, waterlines), Smashbox Matte Eyeshadow in Smoke (brows), Marcelle Liquid Eyeliner in Very Black (winged liner)

Eyeshadows: MAC Frost Eye Shadow in Humid (vibrant green), theBalm Shady Lady Eyeshadow in Jealous Jordana (blackened green), Lancome Eye Colour in Honeymoon (gold), MAC Matte2 Eye Shadow in Blanc Type (skin tone)

Lips and cheeks

Lips: Clarins Crystal Balm in Crystal Coral (sheer coral; comes out in May)

Cheeks: MAC Blush Powder in Harmony and Smashbox Eye Shadow in Smoke (blended together to contour), Clarins Barocco Face Powder (peachy blush)

Pretty! I love greens like that, and just realized that I no longer have any (I had a few UD ones that were close, but gave them away after the whole paraben fiasco). Thank you for adding to my Sephora purchase :P

And I wore my lipstick! Haha. And blogged about it. I actually really like it. Enabler :P

    Fantastic look!

P.S. I've read your site for a while now, and today I was looking at some older posts and found out that you're from the same city as me! And that we may have gone to the same high school, only I'm a "few" years odler than you. Keep representing Edmonton! We're not all scraggly oil workers in parkas :)

LOVE the dark green on you-very rocker chic and nice change up from straight black. Love that you paired it with a coral lippie! Genius!!

Wow! Just stunning! I'm going to try this myself as I haven't rocked the greens in a while. Thanks for the inspiration.
