Image policy

Please do not hotlink images found on theNotice. If you would like to share an image found on theNotice (i.e. on your blog or Facebook page,) simply follow the steps below. Thank you for helping keep theNotice watermark-free!

  1. Email me or let me know in the comments if you’d like to use an image!
  2. Save the image to your own computer and re-upload it.
  3. Make sure to credit theNotice directly above or below the image when you use it, with a link back to the blog!

Images on this site are not intended for use on any commercial platform. If you see an image from theNotice on a site such as Ebay or Etsy, please drop a link to the page in our contact box and I’ll take it from there :)

All photographs on this blog are property of Rae Chen for theNotice: a beauty blog unless otherwise noted. It takes an incredible amount of time and effort to shoot, perfect, and post photos — please do not take them for your own use!

Additionally, please note that theNotice has apro-retouching image policy”. That is; it’s more or less safe to assume that any photograph found on theNotice has at least been retouched for dust, distortion, and colour temperature. My number one priority when it comes to images is to bring you accurate representations of products, and if that means taking out some fingerprints or tweaking until the exposure is just right, then so be it!
