New 26/05/12 (recent non-Sephora launches)

Saturday, May 26, 2012

See last week’s New… post for Sephora launches!

Makeup, colour, and tools

Three words: new Chubby Sticks. I am so excited. I’ll hopefully have a more in-depth post up next week, but for now, the new shades are: Voluptuous Violet, Mighty Mimosa, Oversized Orange, Heaping Hazelnut, Curvy Candy, Pudgy Peony, Two Ton Tomato, and Bountiful Blush.

I think I’m probably most excited for the first two, but Curvy Candy comes a close third!

(So basically, all of them. Because yes, please.)

Skincare, haircare, and fragrance

Giorgio Armani Summer 2012: Écailles

Guerlain Summer 2012: Terra Azzurra Collection by Emilio Pucci

(I know some of these have been included in past “New…” features, but I’m pretty sure this is the first time the whole collection’s been displayed together on theNotice! The products look gorgeous, right?)

MAC Fashion Sets

MAC Reel Sexy

(Have I done this one already? I feel like I might have. In which case, I suppose, my apologies for the redundancy!)

NARS Summer Color Collection 2012

I have my eye on Vendanges – it’ll be permanent (I think), so I’m not in a hurry, but it looks like it might be a good just-brown-enough shade. (I find a lot of lip products pull really orange on me, which I hate – a little bit of cool brown is typically enough to counteract it.) Does anyone have it yet? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments!

  1. I STILL need to get a few of the Gloss d'Armanis from the new summer collection. And I've been getting more and more curious to try the per-fekt line–do you have any experience with it?

  2. I don't, unfortunately! Their products tend to be too silicone-y for my skin :(

From what I've been reading, though, the new Lip Gels would be a bad place to start – I haven't been hearing too favourable things about them. (Which sucks, because they look really cool!)
